Drivers aged 15 1/2 to 21 are welcome—whether you have a permit or not—as long as you’ve been driving for a minimum of six months.

Everett Police Department Helmet Giveaway – Summer 2024

Elsner Law Firm was thrilled to announced a partnership with the Everett Police Department for a Helmet Giveaway in August 2024. Although Washington state law doesn’t make helmet-wearing obligatory, it is an easy yet critical measure to help protect your head in case of an accident. We joined our community to provide safety to all —because where there are bikes, there should be helmets.

Once upon a time in Mountlake Terrace, our office joined in the ghoulishly delightful tradition of ‘Trunk r Treat,’ where the spooky meets the sweet. Adorning our car trunks with ghostly garnishes and monstrous motifs, we handed out candy to hundreds of little phantoms and witches. The excitement in their eyes was our treat, a testament to the marvels of community togetherness.
