Meet Justin, the compassionate and dedicated founder of Elsner Law Firm. After graduating cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, Justin quickly made a name for himself in the legal community. As a member of both the Washington State Bar Association and the Western District of the Federal Court, he possesses the expertise and knowledge needed to navigate even the most complex legal challenges.
Justin was introduced to the world of law through his father and gained invaluable critical thinking skills that would later define his approach to client advocacy. It was a life-changing car crash during Justin’s high school years that solidified his interest in the legal field. Feeling lost and unsure of how to proceed, he turned to a personal injury attorney for guidance. Witnessing firsthand the impact of professional legal support, Justin was inspired to dedicate his career to helping others navigate the insurance industry and avoid being taken advantage of.
Justin’s entrepreneurial spirit also played a significant role in his path. From a young age, he had a keen interest in running his own business, and when he established Elsner Law Firm right after law school in 2007, he quickly discovered his passion for personal injury litigation. Today, he takes great pride in providing expert guidance to clients facing difficult circumstances, ensuring they receive the fair compensation they deserve.
Outside the office, Justin’s dedication extends to various pursuits. Whether competing in triathlons, racing his car at the iconic Pacific Highway with Proformance racing school, or enjoying a round of golf, he embraces life’s adventures to the fullest. Angela joined the Elsner Law Firm as a legal assistant in 2010. She assists the firm and clients in all aspects of the practice. Angela obtained her Masters degree in psychology from the Argosy University. In her spare time Angela enjoys spending time with her children.
Assistant
Lenin is a client services specialist with Elsner Law Firm. A native of Venezuela, Lenin is fluent in both Spanish and English. He focuses his time assisting clients in all aspects of their case. In particular, Lenin helps our Spanish speaking clients complete legal documents, provides interpretation services, and ensures that our clients receive excellent service throughout their case. Paralegal
Trisha, an Edmonds native, joined the Elsner Law Firm as a Paralegal in March, 2021. She has over 20 years paralegal experience primarily with Personal Injury claims. In her spare time, Trisha enjoys playing soccer, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with her family.
Of Counsel
Mark is a 2011 graduate of Seattle University School of Law and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. Mark focuses his practice on criminal and traffic cases. Mark represents clients throughout the state of Washington with a focus on King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.
Marketing Director
Working closely with the Elsner Law Firm team, she ensures that every marketing initiative is in perfect harmony with our firm’s mission and core values. By utilizing market analytics, she develops strategic marketing plans that keep us at the forefront of industry trends and competition. Her contributions are crucial in building and maintaining strong external partnerships and in managing our relationships with media, vendors, and local organizations, thereby strengthening our presence in the community.
Part of her duties also includes managing logistics related to vendor selection, coordinating events, and overseeing both internal and external hiring processes. Beyond her professional commitments, she is an outdoor enthusiast who loves the adventures of hiking and kayaking, as well as experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
