Elsner Law Firm is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Brier, WA. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and compassionate who can help manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including litigation, while providing exceptional support to our clients and attorneys.

Job Description

Elsner Law Firm is a small, growing personal injury law firm that believes in putting people first. We aren’t your typical high-volume personal injury firm. We don’t measure success solely by the number of files we close, but by the lives we help rebuild.

We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and compassionate Personal Injury Paralegal who can help manage cases throughout the entire legal process, from initial intake through settlement or litigation.

This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys working closely with clients and attorneys, and wants to be part of a collaborative team where quality and client care matter more than case volume.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation
• Communicating regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties
• Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records, bills, and case-related documentation
• Preparing demand packages, settlement documents, and client correspondence
• Assisting with litigation tasks, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Tracking case deadlines, court dates, medical treatment progress, and settlement negotiations
• Maintaining accurate and organized case files within the firm’s case management system
• Working closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure cases move forward efficiently
• Providing attentive, compassionate, and professional support to clients throughout their cases

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in personal injury case management, with at least 2 years of experience required
• Familiar with both pre-litigation and litigation processes, with litigation experience strongly desired
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• A strong communicator who is comfortable working with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Comfortable using case management software and working with medical records and insurance claims
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
• Compassionate and genuinely committed to helping clients
• A team player who enjoys collaborating in a positive and supportive environment

We’re especially interested in someone who can confidently handle cases throughout the entire process, including litigation. While litigation experience is highly valued, we also appreciate individuals with a strong personal injury background who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with our team.

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Brier, Washington, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

The position generally follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with specific in-office expectations to be discussed during the hiring process.
